I'm not sure what experiences some of the above reviews were referencing when it comes to management because I have only had positive experiences with management in both of the departments I've worked with. All those other expenses - like annual checkups, boosters, spaying and neutering, and heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives - are not covered. Most pet insurance covers accidents, injuries, and illness. At that point, it resets, and the $50 off per year perk starts all over again. Each year a pet remains healthy and no claims are paid, the pet owner's deductible drops by $50.
